💸 Refund Policy – The Mingle Cart

At The Mingle Cart, we take pride in providing unique, custom cart experiences. Due to the nature of our services, please review our refund policy below before booking.

💰 Deposits

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • Deposits secure your event date and begin the preparation process.

  • You may reschedule your booking once with a minimum 7 days' notice, based on availability.

💳 Full Payments

  • If you cancel 7 or more days before your event, a refund excluding the deposit will be issued.

  • Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, as materials and planning will have already begun.

 

🌧 Weather-Related Events

  • Outdoor bookings require a covered setup area or an indoor backup location.

  • If severe weather is expected, you may reschedule once with at least 48 hours' notice.

🚫 No-Shows & Day-Of Cancellations

  • If no one is available at the event location or the space is not accessible for set-up, no refund will be given.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of your event are considered final and non-refundable.

🛍 Custom & Personalized Orders

  • All custom signage, name cutouts, and personalized goods are non-refundable once production begins.

  • If an error was made on our end (misspelling, incorrect item), we will replace it at no cost.

⏳ Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days before contacting us about a pending refund.
