💰 Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable.

Deposits secure your event date and begin the preparation process.

You may reschedule your booking once with a minimum 7 days' notice, based on availability.

💳 Full Payments

If you cancel 7 or more days before your event, a refund excluding the deposit will be issued.

Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, as materials and planning will have already begun.
🌧 Weather-Related Events

Outdoor bookings require a covered setup area or an indoor backup location.

If severe weather is expected, you may reschedule once with at least 48 hours' notice.
🚫 No-Shows & Day-Of Cancellations

If no one is available at the event location or the space is not accessible for set-up, no refund will be given.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your event are considered final and non-refundable.
🛍 Custom & Personalized Orders

All custom signage, name cutouts, and personalized goods are non-refundable once production begins.

If an error was made on our end (misspelling, incorrect item), we will replace it at no cost.
⏳ Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
