📜 Terms & Conditions – The Mingle Cart

​Effective Date: June 2025

 

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by The Mingle Cart (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms:

​

1. Bookings & Deposits

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your cart reservation.

  • Final balance is due no later than 3 days before the event.

  • If booking is made within 72 hours of the event, full payment is required upfront.

  • Your date is not reserved until the deposit is received.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

  • In the case of inclement weather for outdoor events, rescheduling may be accommodated.

3. Cart Usage & Setup

  • The Mingle Cart provides styled, pre-set carts based on your selected theme or package.

  • Access to venue must be clear and safe for loading/unloading.

  • You must ensure proper shelter if your event is outdoors (tent, covering, etc.).

  • Carts are not to be moved or modified after setup.

4. Damages & Liability

  • Client is responsible for any damage or loss to carts, décor, or equipment caused by guests, vendors, or venue.

  • The Mingle Cart is not liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, or misuse of food/drink items once delivered and accepted.

  • Allergen-friendly or dietary-specific options must be requested in writing at time of booking.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate event details (location, time, access instructions)

  • Ensure a stable, flat setup surface

  • Provide any permits or venue permissions required (if applicable)

  • Notify us of any theme/color changes at least 5 days prior

6. Weather Disclaimer

We do not operate carts in hazardous conditions (e.g., heavy rain, high winds) unless the cart is protected. Client is responsible for providing shelter or selecting an alternate indoor setup.

7. Photography & Marketing

We reserve the right to take photos/videos of your setup for marketing purposes. If you'd prefer your event not be shared, you may opt-out in writing prior to the event.

8. Agreement

By placing an order or confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
