At The Mingle Cart, our burlap bags are often custom-made to suit your event. Whether used for party favors, welcome gifts, or custom signage, we take care to craft and deliver quality. Here's our policy regarding returns and refunds:

✅ Eligible for Return (Non-Personalized Only)

• Plain burlap bags (without names, printing, or vinyl personalization) may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on:

• Personalized burlap bags (with names, designs, or custom text)

• Bulk custom orders (created specifically for your event theme)

• Used or soiled bags

🛑 Cancellations & Order Edits

• Orders can be canceled or edited within 12 hours of purchase.

• After that, bags are processed and may be in production, especially if personalized.

🛠️ If There's a Problem

If your order arrives:

• Damaged

• With a misprint (e.g., wrong name, spelling error due to our mistake)

• With incorrect size or quantity

We’ll make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

• A clear photo

• Your order number

• A short explanation of the issue

We’ll assess the claim and issue a replacement or refund where appropriate.

• Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Replacements ship within 5–7 business days, depending on production availability.
