Labels are pre-sized to fit standard 12oz and 16oz cups.

• All custom labels are final sale.

• This includes labels with: • Personalized names • Event dates or themes • Custom colors, fonts, or graphics

• We do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect information provided at checkout.

🛑 Cancellations & Edits

• You may cancel or edit your order within 12 hours of purchase.

• After this time, the design and printing process begins, and changes may not be possible.

If your labels arrive:

• With incorrect names or text (and the error was on our part)

• Misprinted

• Damaged in transit

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• A photo of the issue

• Your order number

• A brief description

We’ll gladly offer a replacement at no cost, or issue a full refund where appropriate.
