🔄 Cancellations & Changes
Orders may be canceled or edited within 12 hours of purchase.
After 12 hours, we begin processing your order and changes may not be possible.
Please double-check spelling, font choice, and material selection before submitting.

Returns are not accepted for personalized products unless the item arrives: • Damaged • Defective • Incorrect due to an error on our part

If your item was misspelled, sent in the wrong color, or not as described, we’ll replace it at no additional cost.

Once your request is approved, replacements ship within 5–7 business days.
Refunds (if issued) are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
