At The Mingle Cart, every personalized item is made just for you — whether it's a custom nameplate, burlap favor bag, or event signage. Because these items are created specifically to your request, we have a special return policy in place.

Orders may be canceled or edited within 12 hours of purchase.

After 12 hours, we begin processing your order and changes may not be possible.

Please double-check spelling, font choice, and material selection before submitting.

If your item was misspelled, sent in the wrong color, or not as described, we’ll replace it at no additional cost.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• A clear photo of the issue
• Your order number
• A description of what went wrong
⏳ Refund/Replacement Timeline

Once your request is approved, replacements ship within 5–7 business days.

Refunds (if issued) are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
📦 Shipping Errors or Damaged in Transit

If an item is damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately with photos of the packaging and product.
